Dare to Be Free was yummy

Dare to Be Free was gorgeous. The participants showed up and played FULL out, and because of that fell madly in love with one another by mid-day of Day One! The depth and trust and love that flowed in that room between "strangers" shows how easily connection happens when we let go of fear and just be ourselves, without apology.

We expend so much energy wearing masks that shield our hearts. We let fear and doubt and old beliefs rule us. This is comfortable and this is safe and this is BULLSHIT. You CAN dare to be free of it. You can. You can!
